1. We have scrutin:izingly studied the whole procedures of G-6-PD measurement because the major causes of drug-induces hemolytic anemia are G-6-PD deficiency.
2. The G-6-PD values of Korean were such as; 7.82±4.77 for male, 7.24±4.23 for female, and 7. 54 ±4. 41 IU per gm of Hb for mean value.
3. There was a group, which showed high enzyme activity about three times to mean value, presumably as G-6-PD Hektoen.
4. The Km values of G-6-PD in Korean were uM for. G-6-P, and 3. 1 jiM for NADP.
5. The screening of G-6-PD variants by means of cellulose acetate electrophoresis still has not detected the G-6-PD variants in Korean
